FlipRocket was built by Jon and Emily Eastman — a husband and wife flipping team. Jon is a software engineer with 12 years of professional experience and a licensed general contractor. Emily is a licensed real estate agent and handles all things design & vision. Together they run their real estate business, each handling different aspects of every deal — from sourcing and analysis to scope, rehab management, and sale.

When you're running a business, being on the same page isn't optional — it's everything. Spreadsheets, group texts, and disconnected tools made that nearly impossible as they started scaling. FlipRocket was born out of that frustration: one place where both of them, their team, and their contractors could see exactly where every project stands.

Every feature exists because it was needed on a real project. The deal analyzer calculates the way experienced investors actually think. The scope builder was born out of creating real rehab budgets. The task and punch list system was built while managing active rehabs. This isn't theoretical software — it's battle-tested on real properties.
