Your subscription starts automatically at the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.

Founding pricing is available during our launch period, and we'll announce the end date in advance. Founding members keep their rate for as long as their subscription stays active — including if they change plans later. After founding pricing closes, new customers pay list pricing.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated.

Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate and pick up right where you left off. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Access depends on the user's role. Admins and Managers get full access. Members see tasks assigned to them and can upload photos and check off items.

Deal limits are a monthly quota of new deals you can analyze — existing deals never count against it, and you never need to archive anything. The quota resets on the 1st of each month. Project limits count active projects: any project not marked Complete or Archived.
